How to Reset Your Email Integration

Email Integration Reset

If you need to change the email address connected to your FINNY integration or resolve connection issues, you'll need to reset your current integration. This process allows you to reconnect with a different email address or refresh your existing connection.

  1. Contact FINNY support to request a reset of your Outlook email integration

  2. Specify which email address you want disconnected and, if applicable, which new email address you want to connect

  3. Wait for confirmation that your integration has been reset

  4. Log into your FINNY account

  5. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

  6. Authenticate with your desired email address

  7. If you had active campaigns, restart them after the new integration is complete

Usage

Once your email integration is reset and reconnected, your FINNY campaigns will send emails from the newly connected email address. This is particularly useful when:

  • You need to switch from a personal email to a dedicated campaign email address

  • Your organization has moved to a different email server

  • You accidentally connected the wrong email address

  • You're experiencing connection issues with your current integration

Note that any active campaigns will be paused during the reset process and will need to be manually restarted after you've successfully reconnected your new email address.
