Setup Email Signatures

To update your email signature in FINNY, follow these steps:

  1. Email your signature request to FINNY support with the subject line "Email Signature" or "Update Signature"

  2. Include the complete signature text you want to use, formatted exactly as you'd like it to appear

  3. If you have images or logos you want included, attach them to your email

  4. Specify any special formatting requirements, such as hyperlinks for company websites or contact information

  5. Wait for confirmation from the support team that your signature has been updated

  6. Test your signature by sending an email through FINNY to verify it appears correctly

Usage

Once your signature is set up:

  • Your signature will automatically appear on all emails sent through FINNY

  • You can use the "See What my Signature Looks Like" feature in FINNY to preview how it appears

  • If you already have a signature set up in your regular email client, FINNY signatures typically won't cause duplication issues

  • Contact support if you need any adjustments or notice formatting issues, especially on mobile devices
