If you're not receiving password reset emails, follow these steps to regain access to your account:

  1. Navigate to the password reset page at https://app.finny.com/forgot-password

  2. First, check your spam/junk folder for emails from notifications@finnyai.com

  3. Verify you're using the correct email address associated with your account

    1. Note, ensure you are not entering any capital letters in your email address

  4. If you still don't receive the reset email, contact support as your organization's email security may be blocking the reset emails

  5. Support can provide you with temporary login credentials to access your account

  6. Once logged in with temporary credentials, you can update your password through your account settings

Password reset emails are automatically sent when you request a reset at https://app.finny.com/forgot-password. The emails come from notifications@finnyai.com and should arrive within a few minutes. If you consistently don't receive these emails, your organization's email security settings may be blocking them, and you'll need to work with support to resolve the issue.

After receiving temporary credentials from support, log in at https://app.finnyai.com/login and immediately change your password to something secure that you'll remember.
