How to Troubleshoot Campaign Generation Issues

Troubleshooting Campaign Generation Issues
If your campaign appears stuck during generation (showing percentages like 37%, 99%, etc.) or fails to complete, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Wait for system processing: Campaign generation can take several hours, especially for larger audiences. Allow at least 4-6 hours before considering it stuck.
Check for service outages: Temporary service disruptions can cause generation failures. If your campaign has been stuck for more than 24 hours, contact support as there may be a system issue that requires engineering intervention.
Regenerate the campaign: Delete the stuck campaign and create a new one with the same audience and settings. This often resolves timeout issues during contact information lookup.
Verify campaign settings: Ensure your campaign timeline allows sufficient time for all messages to be sent, considering daily sending limits (100 emails per day, and 20 LinkedIn messages per day for free accounts or 30 LinkedIn messages per day for Premium accounts).
Review audience size: Very large audiences may cause timeouts. Consider breaking large campaigns into smaller segments.
Common Causes and Solutions
Service timeouts: Contact information lookup services may temporarily fail, causing campaigns to stick at high percentages (90%+). These issues are typically resolved within 24 hours.
Weekend/holiday delays: Campaigns started on Fridays begin sending on the following Monday, which may affect your timeline if you have tight deadlines.
If regenerating the campaign doesn't resolve the issue, contact support with details about when the campaign was created and at what percentage it became stuck.
