Setup Password Reset

1. Go to https://app.finny.com/forgot-password

2. Enter your email address in all lowercase letters

3. Click the password reset button to request a reset email

4. Check your email inbox for a message from notifications@finnyai.com

5. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder as password reset emails may be filtered there

6. Click the reset link in the email and complete the password reset process within 5 minutes of receiving the email

Usage

Password reset tokens expire after 5 minutes for security purposes. If you see an "invalid or expired reset token" error message, you'll need to request a new password reset email and complete the process quickly.

If you continue to have issues receiving the password reset email, verify that your email security settings aren't blocking emails from the FINNY domain. You can also try using a different email client or contact support for additional assistance.
