Prospect Cards

Last updated: November 6, 2025

The Prospect Card is where you’ll find a complete profile of an individual prospect. It brings together contact details, demographics, financials, life events, and engagement history into one easy-to-navigate view.

Key Features

  • Contact Information: Phone number, email, and address (when available).

  • Social Profiles: Quick links to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Demographics & Financials: Age, location, household details, and financial insights.

  • Life Events & Interests: Indicators such as frequent traveler, recent mover, or personal hobbies.

  • Professional & Education History: Employment background, job title, and education data.

  • Engagement Status: Track if a prospect has been contacted, unsubscribed, or is still active.

Social & Connections

At the top of the Prospect Card, you’ll see links to the prospect’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter profiles.

If your LinkedIn is connected, FINNY will display mutual connections between you and the prospect, making warm introductions easier.

Outreach Options

On the right-hand side of the Prospect Card, you’ll find multiple ways to connect with a prospect:

  1. Direct Email

    • Write a one-off email directly from the card.

    • Or edit an AI-generated initial message before sending.

  2. AI Voicemail

    • Generate or type a voicemail script.

    • Optionally send an email in parallel letting the prospect know you called.

    • Track voicemail delivery status directly in the card.

  3. Campaign Membership

    • See which live campaigns the prospect is currently part of.

    • View their campaign status (opened, clicked, responded).

  4. Notes

    • Leave yourself notes or action items tied to the prospect.

    • Use notes to track offline interactions, such as calls or meetings.

Emails and voicemails sent from FINNY are delivered through your own inbox, so they appear in your Sent folder and maintain your email domain reputation.

Updating Status

You can update a prospect’s status directly in the card:

  • Contacted

  • Not Contacted

  • Unsubscribed (ensures compliance and prevents further outreach)

Always mark unsubscribed prospects correctly to remain compliant with email regulations.

Prospect Cards give you a 360° view of every potential client, so you can make informed outreach decisions and track engagement history in one place.
