Quick Start Checklist

Use this checklist to get up and running on FINNY in under 20 minutes.


Step 1: Create Your Account

  • Fill out your advisor profile (location, certifications, value proposition).

  • Define your ideal client personas (demographics, interests, life events).

  • Upload a sample outreach email so FINNY learns your tone.


Step 2: Set Up Your Workspace

  • Update your basic info (name, email, password).

  • Connect your email provider (Gmail or Outlook).

  • Link LinkedIn to view social connections.

  • Upload proof points (articles, awards, YouTube content).

  • Update your email signature.


Step 3: Explore Your Feed

  • Review your personalized Feed of high-match prospects.

  • Save top matches into lists.

  • Remove irrelevant prospects with .


Step 4: Launch Your First Campaign

  • Define your campaign (goal, key message, audience).

  • Select your audience (lists, saved prospects, past searches, or feed).

  • Design your sequence (emails, LinkedIn invites, voicemails).

  • Hit Launch and track results in your Campaign Center.


Step 5: Manage Prospects

  • Check the My Prospects tab for saved and uploaded contacts.

  • Update statuses (contacted, unsubscribed, etc.).

  • Log notes and track interactions.
