Creating an Account

Welcome to FINNY! Before you can explore the Feed, prospect profiles, and campaigns, you’ll need to set up your account. The process takes about 20 minutes and ensures that your experience is fully tailored to your practice.


1. Sign Up & Log In

  • Go to finny.com and click Get Started.

  • Enter your name, email, firm, and password.

  • Confirm your email address via the verification link.

👉 Once confirmed, you’ll be automatically guided into the onboarding survey.


2. Complete the Onboarding Survey

This is where FINNY learns who you are and how you work. Think of it as creating a professional advisor profile.

  1. Advisor Info – Your location, certifications, areas of expertise.

  2. Client Base – The types of clients you’ve worked with successfully.

    1. Example: “Business owners in New Orleans” or “Long-term Uber employees.”

  3. Value Proposition – Why clients choose you, and what makes you different.

  4. Money-in-Motion Events – Rank which life events are most relevant (e.g., retirement, promotions, property sales, divorces).

  5. Tone of Voice – Upload or paste a sample email so FINNY’s AI can learn your style.

Pro Tip: The more specific you are, the stronger your prospect matches will be.


3. Account Setup Complete 🎉

Once you submit your onboarding survey:

  • Your FINNY account is ready (no long setup needed).

  • The system immediately starts personalizing your Feed with high-priority prospects.

  • You’ll see your Fin Score (F-Score) begin to appear on matches.


4. Next Steps

  • Explore your Feed to see prioritized prospects

  • Click into a few Prospect Profiles

  • Create your first List and try a Campaign

  • Visit the Resource Center for onboarding tips
