FINNY's campaigns allow multi-step automated follow-ups with personalization at scale.

Workflow

  1. Go to Campaign Center → Create Campaign.

  2. Build a sequence with 2–3 follow-ups.

  3. Set inter-step delays (e.g., 7 days between touches) and note that weekend rules apply—campaigns don't send on Saturdays or Sundays, so Friday starts defer to Monday.

  4. Use merge fields + AI personalization in each step.

  5. Configure timing with "Days Until Next Event" settings to control follow-up intervals.

  6. If using daily send limits with large lists, align your launch date so batches receive follow-ups on consistent days (e.g., launch on Monday with 7-day delays so all batches get touches on Mondays).

Tip: Keep follow-ups short and warm: "Just checking if this might be helpful." When setting timing, account for send limits and weekend rules—exact send dates may shift based on your daily cap and the scheduler's optimization. FINNY's scheduler optimizes message timing based on your campaign parameters and daily sending limits (20 messages per day for free LinkedIn accounts, 30 for premium accounts—these are LinkedIn's limits for bot detection, and exceeding them may result in temporary account blocking). Email follow-ups will be sent regardless of whether LinkedIn connection requests are accepted, but LinkedIn messages require connection acceptance to be delivered.
